This Privacy Policy governs the mobile game Minishoot' Adventures (“Minishoot' Adventures,” “we,” “us,” “our”) made available on iOS and Android devices. By accessing or using Minishoot' Adventures, you consent to this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may disclose it, how it is stored, and your rights. Please read carefully before using Minishoot' Adventures.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to your use of the Minishoot' Adventures mobile application and related inapp services. It does not apply to thirdparty services, including Apple services (e.g., App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple Pay) and Google services (e.g., Google Play, Google SignIn, Google Pay). Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We do not collect or store users’ personal information on our servers. Game data (such as local settings and progress) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own account system or maintain serverside user profiles.

 

Minishoot' Adventures integrates Apple App Store Sign-in / Apple Pay and Google Play SignIn / Google Pay to enable essential platform features. Thirdparty SDKs from Apple and Google may collect limited device, account, network, and transaction information necessary to enable:

  • App download/installation via App Store/Google Play;

  • Onetime game purchase (store purchase) and payment processing;

  • Account login via Apple/Google (if you choose to use such features).

 

Typical data Apple/Google may collect via their SDKs and services, subject to your device/account settings and their policies, include:

  • Apple App Store Sign-In and Apple Pay account information; device information (e.g., device identifiers as permitted); contact and payment information (e.g.,name, email address, physical address, telephone number, or other contact information, payment card information; usage/telemetry (e.g., app launch events);

  • Google Play SignIn and Google Pay personal data: device information; network status/type; user ID; payment details (may include name, bank card/credit card number, effective date, billing address, currency, fees); transaction history

 

We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. How We Use Information

We do not process personal data on our servers. Apple/Google may use the information they collect to provide app download, platform login, and purchase functionality, to process payments, prevent fraud, ensure security, and to operate their services, under their own privacy policies.

4. Data Storage and Location

Game progress and related data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain serverside user profiles or databases for Minishoot' Adventures.

 

Any data collected by Apple/Google is stored and processed by those companies in locations they determine; please refer to their privacy policies for details on storage locations and retention.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose users’ personal information to third parties. For platform functionality, Apple/Google act as independent controllers of data they collect via their services. We do not instruct them on how to process such data beyond integrating their sign-in, and payment services.

6. Security

We do not collect or store your personal data on the server. Your game progress, settings, offline saves, etc. are only saved locally. To ensure game operation and local data security, we implement appropriate security measures on the device terminal.

 

Ondevice protections: Your ondevice data benefits from protections provided by the device/OS vendor (e.g., app sandboxing, device/file encryption), which may vary by model, OS version, and your settings.

 

Thirdparty platform security: When you use Apple/Google login and payment, authentication and processing are secured by Apple or Google pursuant to their security programs and policies. Refer to Apple and Google privacy/security documentation for details.

7. International Data Transfers

We do not transfer personal data because we do not collect it on our servers. Apple/Google may transfer data internationally in accordance with their policies and applicable law (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

Minishoot' Adventures does not collect or store personal data on our servers and game data is stored locally on your device. Accordingly, most data subject/consumer rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and similar laws (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, optout of sale/sharing, withdrawal of consent) should be exercised with Apple or Google for data they process via platform login or payments.

 

Apple and Google act as independent controllers for any personal data they collect through their login and payment services. To exercise your rights regarding data processed by Apple or Google, please use their privacy portals:

 

Local game data control: You can delete local game data by clearing app data via your device settings or uninstalling the app. This may permanently remove local saves and settings.

 

If you contact us, we will make reasonable efforts to assist or direct you to the appropriate controller where feasible.

9. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our servers. Any platform data retention is governed by Apple/Google. Please refer to their privacy policies for specific retention periods.

10. Children’s Privacy

Minishoot' Adventures is not directed to children under the age of 13 (United States) or under the age defined as requiring parental consent in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 16 in many EU Member States/under 13–16 depending on local law under GDPRK; under 18 in Japan; under 14 in South Korea; under 13 in the UK by default unless local law specifies otherwise). We do not operate our own account system and we do not maintain user databases on our servers. Access, login, purchases, and downloads may be processed by Apple and/or Google. Those services are provided and controlled by the respective platform providers, who may process personal data under their own privacy policies and terms. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you should use the game only with verifiable parental consent and supervision and, where available, through Apple/Google family/parental controls.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy in the app or via other reasonable means before changes take effect. Your continued use of Minishoot' Adventures signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.

Controller: For platform login and payments, Apple/Google act as independent controllers. If you contact us, we will assist in directing you to the appropriate controller where applicable.

 

Legal basis: We do not process personal data on our servers. Apple/Google rely on their own legal bases for processing (e.g., performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent).

 

International transfers: Apple/Google may rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for transfers; see their policies.

 

Your rights: You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as withdraw consent, with Apple/Google via their privacy portals listed above.

United States (CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws)

We do not process or store personal data or sensitive personal information on our servers for Minishoot' Adventures. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by applicable state laws.

Nondiscrimination: We do not discriminate against users for exercising their rights.
